She's a spunky girl, with plenty of attitude. She's also sweet and proving to be very smart. Birdie easily earned her NAVHDA NA title at 6 months old with a 112/112 score. She spent her first hunting season hunting in Washington and Arizona, proving she has tremendous natural talent and can hang with the big dogs.
As we’ve been focusing on field work, Birdie has had limited outings in the show ring, but she hasn’t disappointed. She has won a Best Puppy in Show, many Sporting Puppy Group 1s, a Bred-By Exhibitor Group 1, and has won Best Bred By over specials. She has 2 speciality 5-point majors towards her championship and only needs a single to finish. We will get to a show eventually!
Like her mama, Birdie also has a myriad of nicknames - Bird Turd, Turdie, Turdish, Spinone 2, Linus, Bird Ball….
